We at Rudock Joshua Leon LLC are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with an item, you can return it to us, subject to the guidelines outlined below.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in the same condition that you received it.
• Original Packaging: It must also be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, safety regulations, or other factors. These include, but may not be limited to:

• Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, electric hairbrushes) if the safety seal is broken or the item has been used.
• Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
• Downloadable software products.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Our Customer Support Team: Before returning any items, please contact our customer support team at: 480-455-7812
2. Receive Return Authorization (RA): Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (see "Damaged or Defective Items" below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
• If Rejected: We will contact you to explain the reason for the rejection. Rejected items can be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 10-15 days of receipt at:

Please provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

You are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we will cover the return shipping costs if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• We shipped the wrong item.

In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
